EULA - End User License Agreement

This license agreement ("Agreement") is between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and Jump2Fun Entertainment ("Developer") for the product ("Fruit Jigsaw"), including any associated media and accompanying on-line or printed documentation and also any future versions, patches or updates.

Developer relies on your honesty and your observance of the laws that protect intellectual property.

By installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement.

The Product is owned by Developer and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The Product is licensed, not sold.

The Product is distributed as Shareware. A free 30-minutes unregistered version ("Shareware Version") is available for evaluation. You can register the Product in order to use the unlimited version of the Product ("Registered Version"). Registration process available through clicking "Buy" button at:

This License grants you the following rights and limitations for the Shareware Version:

- You may install and use the Shareware Version for thirty (30) minutes.

- You may copy and distribute the Shareware Version of the Product, but only in its original form including all files and documentation (as found on the Developer Web site) and without any modifications.

- Magazines are authorized to publish the Shareware Version on any cover disk, CD-ROM or other media without prior permission from Developer (please do send a notification).

- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make changes to the Product in any way.

- To register this Product, you may do so only through the Developer or another authorized party. You may not use a registration that belongs to someone else.

This License grants you the following rights and limitations if you purchase the Registered Version:

- You may install and use the Registered Version on your own computer. If you own several computers, you may install the Registered Version on those as well, registration key is valid up to 5 activations.

- You may make a copies of the Registered Version as backups.

- You may not make copies of the Registered Version for others.

- You may not make your registration available to others.

- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make changes to the Product in any way.
